  13. I have recently purchased a greenmech eco 150. Upon close inspection the bearings were completely shot and have worn considerable ring into the shaft! Can you remove the shaft like you can on timber wolfs and simply replace them? If not I have another eco150 that's 3 years older which has a complelty goosed engine. I was thinking of taking the fly wheel from that machine and swapping it but are they the same size I can't tell without stripping it fully down??? Thirdly I could get the shaft built up and re machined but is this a wise option or will it be highly likley to fail??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

  16. You could buy my tw 13/75 which is advertised in the classifieds :thumbup1:
  17. Yes you are correct, remove the in feed hopper to get into the roller box. I would advise that you heat the bolt heads before you try and remove them. The round off very easily.
  18. I'm selling my 2004 tw 13/75g if you would be interested? It will be on arbrader at the weekend
  19. I agree with the police chasing up leads however in this case I disagreed with the manner in which they conducted themselves! I offered them the opportunity to come to my family home to check the chipper and my paperwork! I would understand if I had previous or was on a known travelling folk site but I am far from it !!
  20. But it's beyond me how someone can identify a chipper from one photo and say it's 100% there's when it's no different to any other!! But yes I do feel sorry for them having one stolen
  21. I was told that the person who had been burgled had stated it was 100% there chipper. God knows how as the chipper has never been modified in any way so looks like the other 100000 tw150s out there!!,!,
  22. Just had a phone call from Thames valley police claiming my chipper not mine and infact stolen! The officer went on to say it was stolen from Buckinghamshire on December the 7th and the rightful owner has seen it advertised for sale and it was definitely there's. (it's a timberwolf 150) how they could tell it's there I I'll never no. Anyway after a long drawn out process including riot vans turning up at my house (embarrassing when all the neighbours are out watching) the police confirmed I am the legal owner and some kind of mistake had been made! I wasn't best pleased during this mix up but at least they are trying in some shape or form to recover stolen equipment!
  23. Hi Christine78 Did you get my pm
