  7. Agreed, not walnut.. Walnut has a distinctive darker inner grain that you can't miss Tree of heaven is very light wood and the buds will be furry brown Ash wood is also very pale but the middle can have a pinkish tinge when cut and the buds are black (common ash) Sent from Rob's GalaxySII

  10. At first as the image was small i thought it was some sort of maple but its not opposite attachments, so it must be something like a Kalopanax septemlobus cultivar or variety Nice find:thumbup1:
  11. you can get that rippling on ash and tree of heaven, but we can only speculate as the picture isn't conclusive defo not beech though you nutter:001_tt2:

  24. Apparently fell 30 ft into tarmac, shattered ankles, one elbow and shoulder and bruised head. My mates spoke to him and he's doin ok Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
  25. Had reports from this morning, one of my colleagues mates who works for himself had a fall out of a tree and is in a bad way in ICU in wythenshaw. Don't know the full story as yet but thoughts are with family and be careful out there peeps Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
