    ye its got a tipper conversion.but i rekon its added about 300kg to vehicle so its on its a**e with about 600 kg in.i rekon it would bend the chassis if i went to mad with the leaf springs like you said.the only time i could over load would be with logs not chip.so i might just add another leaf and see how it goes.

    any one know a cheap way of uprating the leaf springs on my ranger.had a quote for making some bit steep but might have to bite the bullet if theres no other way.

    real good truck the hilux know a couple of lads with them seem to hold there money i was looking to get one but got a ranger instead and turned it into a tipper.cant really fault it just see how long it lasts.

    just starting out so learning as i go. some days you do good some days you dont.i lot of jo public just dont seem to realise the the dangers of the tree game and the price of all the equipment.priced a few jobs lately and nearly every customer has said you can sell the logs of the tree which really makes me laugh.nowt as strange as folk

    theres always some scum milling about.weld some sheets over the windows on the inside the scum wont get in then.or leave a bull terrier in the back

    Service Metals Group-Europes leading Aluminium and steel profiles supplier these will sort you out main depot is leeds but have got branches all over.they supply all the body builders and will sort you a good deal.i got all my ally from the stoke depot.real helpful and good prices.

    stick with a trek or specialized had loads over the years and i rekon there one of the best.

    hi all bought a greenmech 150 chipper been using it now for a couple of weeks the stress control doesnt work so wont to get it sorted this week had a bit of a look and the sensor isnt connected to the flywheel.does anyone know anything about this or what parts i need...cheers

    ive heard a few problems with the rangers leaf springs.must be a common fault with them.any ideas where to get some uprated ones from.
