    another question i have is why did stihl stop producing the back handled ms200 ? something to do with emissions and the amount they sell

    when i did My before we started on trees we tied logs to trees and practiced on them. Wasn't allowed on to trees till we got the hang of it. As most have said the stick method is best for getting the hinge Parell and right direction. imagine balancing a ping ping ball on the end of your bar.

    Just have a fiddle with it you have nothing to lose and you might learn something. Even if its don't buy secondhand equipment. Ive brought loads of used equipment over the years, find with 2 stroke seem to have loads of probs but most 4 stroke is fine.

    Get on to bt for compensation, as you have lost business from it. I know a tree surgeon who had to pay compensation to a company when he took out their line. sorry for de-rail

    Cant really help on prices mate tough they seem right to me. But don't you find when your busy you get everything you price, but when times are slack you always seen to lose out. Or is that just me?
