  5. For anyone who's interested you can watch it live. Launch will be in about 50mins time. NASA HD-TV on USTREAM: NASA TV airs a variety of regularly scheduled, pre-recorded educational and public relations programming 24 hours a day on its vario...
  6. Sorry mate i was pulling your leg. Enjoy your course
  7. Ah the tree crane! Make sure your tutor provides you with plenty of stump grease, there a bugger to lift otherwise. We used one once but it wasnt man enough and we had to get a couple sky hooks in to assist.
  8. Thats what i did, started as a brash dragger on £3 an hour, now 4/5years on i do 99% of the climbing, still at the same company. It wont happen over night fella, but stick at it.
  9. Stihl ms200t - 020 Stihl ms192t - Egg beater Pole pruner - Gypsy stick Sure theres more which il remember in a min
  10. Real life tree work
  11. Just buy as many saws and tobbaco as you can, flog the saws on ebay and baccy down the pub. Jobs a good'n
  12. It has the newer gx630, it hasnt missed a beat with us, but it is only on about 30hours. Thats sounds a resonable price, i cant remember if it was 8k with or without the vat he payed. Got 2years warranty and 2 new sets of blades, and a wheel and hitch clamp chucked in for free to.
  13. Thats what we do, but i think we charge £50.
  14. We got a new one at work just before xmas, well i say new it was ex hire machine, but only had like 4hours on the clock, was practically new. Think my boss payed around 8k for it. We are very impressed with it, stress control dosnt come on as much as we thought it would. Were a 2 man team and it keeps up with us feeding brash into it no problem. Really light to push around, and you dont notice you have it on whilst towing. I would recomend them to anyone.
  15. Who did you insure it with mate? When i tried that i was told i had to be 21 or over to take out a classic car policy.
  16. Top stuff, my mates just picked up sponsorship for this year. Certainly a big help for him.
  17. Proper job Im following a mate whos riding in the redbull elite and bymx this year. Works out cheaper watching him than riding myself lol
  18. What championship he ride mate? is that an 85cc sw?
  19. I insured my landrover as a van. Much cheaper i found...
  20. New ones do come up on there. My bosses was brand new when he bought it. Just keep your eyes peeled.
  21. I dont like it tbh, its just feels abit fragile and under powered, even with a 10inch bar. My boss uses it as the weight saving helps with his dodgy wrists. He switches to a back handled saw as soon as he can, so the 192 dosnt get abused that much. I have an ms200t, i just call it an 020, force of habit lol i run a 12inch bar and it takes some beating. I love it.
  22. one on ebay atm.. Stihl MS192T chainsaw on eBay (end time 23-Feb-11 21:08:32 GMT) Been running a 14inch bar though, which is abit overkill imo. Ours at work runs a 10inch, i wouldnt want to go any bigger than that. Having said this, its the boss who uses the 192, i alway reach for my 020.
  23. They come up on ebay uk every now and again. My boss bought his on there, i think it originated from a spanish speaking country as the only writing on the saw was in spanish. We think...
  24. Saw you earlier in your cabster, going around a roundabout in yeovil. Dont know if you saw me in the black landrover 110 hicap.
