hay i do a lot of footlocking just as a gauge i have the legnth of my prussik from elbow to finger tips it works good for me.

when a done my course there where 23 of us and out of the 23 theres only 4 to my knowledge that are employed at the moment. i think the biggest problem is that in this area there aint enough jobs to go around. i was lucky enough that a made a good impression on my work experience a guy left and a got offerd the position. most the work in my area is in power line clearence which the college i attended don't accommodate at the moment .

iv'e been asking my self the same qustion chap can't understand it he said he was brashing and it kicked back. what the hell was he up to for the saw to hit that side of your face. am going to kick his ass and take him out and refresh him on the correct method of brashing .

this happend to a mate of mine today just makes you think how dangerous the job his. as you'll see from the pic he was in the wrong pisition and not paying attension luckly enough he walked away with only his pride hurt :scared1:

hope hes ok mate a had the same happen to me at college a lassie from bristol that was on the course fell 25 ft and broke her elbow lucky thats all she broke turned out she had roped in to a small branch and it broke. makes you think and double check your gear and position

am thinking about buying the skylotech do you no of anyone attending that has one to try out. heard they where doing them with leg clasps and releasing them this month think all hold on to the aa arb fair to buy one

the venue tom has suggested sounds like the best one so far but game for where ever it happens. am intrested in trying out the vt system but dont want to fork out money till aye try it out first so if any one using this system can they bring it along ?
