  1. Thanks for the info gents. Never used a side mounted chute before, ie pointing at kerb, but i guess once you're used to it it'll be like any other. Think I'll probably end up buying it as its a good price. Didnt feel that heavy but no plate on drawbar so dont know for certain how heavy it is
  2. Hi All, I've found a TeCe 720 chipper for sale. I've never come across one before and cant find out much about it so any info about the pros and cons would be great. Its a 10" machine with 2 vertical feed rollers which I've never seen. Also the feed funnel is 90 degrees to the towbar ie pointing toward the Kerb. I've also been told its an American machine. If this helps anyone ID it Cheers, James

Hi All, Sorry if this post is in the wrong place. Gibbon - can you please PM me with your email address? I have a CV for you. Did try to PM you back but not sure you're getting them Ta, James
  4. The bought rope bags and kit bags are, in my experience, rubbbish!! I have a few rope bags made from cut down army duffels at £5 each and they have all been in daily use for 9 years! My kit bag is a bergen which i had for 9 years and was ex mod when i got it and its still going strong
  5. If you need rubbers, I use the sheep castrator rings from the local agri merchant. At 99p a box they are loads cheaper than the ART part and are exactly the same thing
  6. Or a walk behind leaf collector. They used to be called a billy goat?
  7. Bad news mate. Just an idea about chipper theft. If we removed the spouts and kept them away from the chippers when unattended, they would have to at some point go into a dealer to get a spout? Sorry for the crap explanation but this is pretty standard practise with Jet skis (They take the seats off as skis dont have spouts before anyone says lol!!) and most ski insurers require it. Also the dealer networks dont just sell spare seats, you have to prove its your ski first. Just a thought and it would require an all or no-one approach but maybe worth thinking about?
  8. I'm in Let me know costs etc but unless its mega money I'll be there!!
