  3. Wow just caught up on this thread and I thought I was the only on here that does'nt like spikes. I dont even own a pair, if I find I really need em I borrow a pair off a mate down the road which is very rare, infact the last time I borrowed em was last Jan and then they stayed in the bag.
  4. Ten or so years ago I had a Hi-cap Landy with a petrol engine, it was really thirsty so I looked into having it converted. It would have cost a grand then but I was put off because someone informed me that the govt were gonna hike up the price of lpg after x amount of years, bringing it in line with petrol.
  5. Ten sounds good Phil, we'll be there at 9.50 sharp. Hama, you'll be coming over the QEII bridge I would imagine, so if you want I could meet you at a service station on the A2/M2 and you could follow me to Plippy's from there.
  6. It's in Kent hamadryad, somewhere near Faversham I think. Synchronised and multiple lunging, a possible new olympic sport:laugh1: Just spoke to Dave D and he's up for it Phil, just let us know what time to meet at yours.
  7. You might have developed a leak somewhere which will lessen the amount of draw. Have you got the chimney lined?
  8. It's something youngsters do. I aint been out on new years eve since 98. Just way up the pro's of staying in No noise, no jostling for a beer, none of that soppy kissing and shaking hands at midnight and £1.50 for a bottle of beer instead of £3.
  9. Nice one Phil. I'll call ya at about 10am today.
  10. Good link Les:thumbup1: Need a new scope so I'll be popping down there sometime soon. Opinel for me Liam, always sharp from new and cheap incase you lose it.
  11. :lol:Flossy head made me laugh the most:lol:
  12. Nice one Dave, we'll storm it like base jumpers and see if we get caught or not lol. Then we can pop down to Penenden Heath and see what's worth a climb. See ya on Sunday:thumbup1:
  13. Yeah we could sort something out for a weekend in Jan, could drive to yours and go from there.
  14. You aint gonna miss much Dan, it's slashing down at the mo and forecast all day. Perhaps we could do another day this week.
  15. Me and Dave D are going for a climb tomorrow morning at Bredhurst Woods near Rainham. If anyone else wants to come along you'll be more than welcome.
  16. Aint no one gonna stop that monster until he cleans his act up. He'd get mullered if he was clean.
  17. Try drinking babycham, you might get to three before you're sicking up in your own handbag.
  18. Hmmmmm, I queued for ages to get Rosie and Jims signatures on that boxed set, I'll mull it over and get back to ya..
  19. Someones on the sherbert:lol:
  20. Them tapes will help you no end Dean:thumbup1:
  21. She reminds me of this little fella, Geordie mouse.[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RL4FCRbm5jo&feature=related]YouTube - Creature Comforts - Geordie Mouse[/ame]
  22. Got ya Yeah I could see that working better than my Yorkie yapping LOL. When she's got ump she's like a mouse with rabies
  23. I dont doubt for one minute that your dog is precious to you as a pet aswell as a guard dog and would'nt want to see any harm come to him but you did say you went out and made the mistake of putting him away otherwise the burglar would have done a runner at the sight of Max. Maybe he would have done a runner and your tools would have been safe, on the other hand he may have put a lump of wood over the dogs head and you would have come home to a dead dog and tools missing. I rely on my dogs hearing only, good if you're at home at the time but most scum wait til your backs turned. That's why I rely on a heavily armed:sneaky2:shed. Yorkies RULE:lol:
  24. Me too, I'd never use any dog to guard my stuff. I'd rather lose my gear than see a dog's head stoved in.
  25. Obviously you're into your shooting in a big way Scot but why have you gone for a semi-auto for bunnies and not a bolt action? Assuming the 10/22 is for bunnies.
