  1. Yeah it's quality alright (Nice one Mike) but he's got weather on his side so I am suggesting he started this lunge lark knowing full well where he would be at this time of year and therefore take advantage.......I recommend this comp be carried on into the summer months to give us all an equal opportunity to compete.
  2. Already tried that one but the cue and racquet caught light:lol:
  3. Do tell, I'm all ears...... Tell me how I can get my stove to burn conifer to get the same amount of heat out of it as I do hardwood but (big but) without having to get up and load the stove twice as much.
  4. Yeah yeah yeah I'm splitting me sides.
  5. Nice:thumbup1:
  6. Hardwood vs Conifer......hmmmm cant quite make my mind up on which to buy:confused1: What would you prefer if the volume and price was the same?
  7. Hahahaha, we seem to be going round in circles here, lets leave it at that:001_smile:
  8. Mate, you've just answered your own question.
  9. This thread is getting stupid. Where has common sense gone?
  10. Poofter snow and talk of snow willy's does'nt do much for our Southern image:sneaky2:Funny as though:lol:Should have took a pic:laugh1:
  11. It's a doddle to split so quicker to put a load together plus it burns so bloody fast. One load of hardwood would last me twice as long as a load of conifer.....Fairplay if the customer is happy, ignorance is bliss.
  12. It's rubbish imo but if that's all you got it's better than nothing. I'd sell it at a severely reduced rate.
  13. Poodle walked, fire roaring and a fridge full of shandy:thumbup1:.....One problem, I'm running desperately low on hand cream:scared1:Tesco have run out and I'm starting to get worried.
  14. Hahahaha, that's another way of putting it.
  15. I reckon you'll have to bite the bullet and put it down to experience mate. I bet he was well chuffed to have made a sale and will be equally gutted when you ask for the deposit back. The oner might tickle his fancy but I doubt it and besides I dont think he has to give it back cos aint a verbal agreement legally binding? Edit:I dont think you should mess him about tbh.
  16. I thought all aluminium cooking implements were being phased out cos they can cause alzheimers.
  17. Brandlings, little red worms, great for catching Tench and Bream aswell.
  18. Fairplay for feeding him Dean but you really dont have to spend and besides Robin's aint really seed feeders. If yer gonna spend buy a tub of meal worms or better still dig up some brandlings from your chip pile.....They love cheese aswell.
  19. That's funny I see pigeons feeding alongside plenty of other species in my garden.
  20. :lol::lol:LMFAO.
  21......I'm surprised that you can see it Ian:laugh1:
  22. Good lunge Pete:thumbup1:You got a link for that comp?
  23. This winter is much harder than the last so we upped the amount of food for the birds. In the small tray is a mix of seeds soaked in lamb fat.
