My last 338 had loads more power than the old 335 . Its just a balance thing . To me the husky 338 is not as balanced as a stihl . Although a good saw . My little solo has just started popping and farting its the spark plug fouled . A quick clean and away we go .

Had this happen many times . Some people are just on another planet It always amazes me when people say Ive been phoning your mobile all day . I have to explain that its difficult to hear when the saws going and the chippers on not to mention ear defenders ? . At the end of the day if they phone me at 7am its not cool but if its work then its all good .

Hi guys can anyone give me any reasons why my TW is always spitting out engine oil around the fuel pump side . We have changed the gasket around the fuel pump which houses the tappets that operate the pump . The gaskets last only a month or so ? . Model 125 Kohler Triad 18 hp engine . The machine starts and runs great ?

Hi guys any ideas why my Tw 125 2002 model with the Kohler Triad 18 hp engine keeps blowing the gasket around the the fuel pump side . The section just above the dipstick ?. It keeps spitting out engine oil . Have changed the gasket loads of times . Seems to only last a month or so ?

Rope and harness as if its in the hall I,m sure there will be some form of anchor point for a demo . Kids will love that . Some carved mushrooms . Spare ear defenders to pass round . Helmet and ppe . A small branch for a demo of the silky .

To flush the tank out properly you have to take it off . My TW is a 2002 kohler engined one . The tank comes off easily within 20mins is back on . Hope you get it sorted . Air lines are handy for blowing shite out of the lines .:biggrin:

Should be under warranty ? . If not its very suprising how much crap gets in the tank even when using a filter . Mine was cutting out after a few mins but would start back up again . I cleaned out the tank and got a handful of sludge old leaves and muck . I now clean it out often .. Oh it cured the problem .

Flush the fuel tank out . I had the similar probs with mine it was full of shite .

Yeah Rich it has been a great saw so far . It has got the power in standard form although Ive had mine ported . Only draw back would be where you clip your strop to the saw . This area is quite thin and most of my krabs would not fit the hole . Had use a small sling to clip the strop to . Ticks over all day cuts good well balanced . I think the amount of work reg does he would require a good parts back up . This is something that has yet to be tested . Ive got one 338 for sale working and one for spares ?

Yeah the bobcat chipper does look a tad slow , nice black colour though . Have you still not been given a price on that u900 mog yet . Hes been a bit cagey with the price . Its one of those do I sell dont I sell jobs . I offered the asking price a few years ago on a range rover and the guy just couldnt sell it ?. Why did he advertise it then , just to see how many interested parties there were ?
