Please note I was a greedy pie muching chubby 14st 2lb then I,m now back down to doing 80kg for reps and its somtimes better I feel if 60kgs is used to failure . Trying more cardio now I,m down to 12st 4 lb . Take some fish oil for ya joints . Good luck . Once you get the 100kg then going on cardio if you drop ya carbs or calories you may well lose the 100kg

Hey Geordie boy you need to buy my power rack . Its on ebay now . To much heavy pressing has knackered my joints . So I,m heading down the light weight higher rep route . I found benching 5 reps everyday and increasing the weight every other day helped me up my bench . Please note this is only for a short period of time . Sometimes more is less . 104kg is the most Ive ever done for reps . That went up from 80kg over the period of one winter Oct / March with the help of the power rack . You can squat and bench to failure on your own . My new goal is getting to 11stone . Happy days on your quest

Joking apart though there are some v.v strange people young and old about. Deans surely one of them I tell you he must of broken some mirrors in his time . Well done for not reacting and being brought down to the old toads level

Hello does anyone have or know of one for sale . I,m after a woody cramer chipper . They are no longer made now . The company who used to build them was SCH they came with a 18hp kohler engine on a trolley or trailer mounted gravity fed or with the option of hydraulic rollers . I would be happy to travel and pay cash for the right machine . Preferably the hydraulic version . cheers Paul .

Cheers guys . 5 day notice and lots of photos it is . I,m happy to removed the tree as its in a dangerous condition . Leaving some of the rotten timber on site . So all the do gooders can see the extent of the decay . Thanks All

Hi guys sorry I know this has been covered before but I cant find the related thread . Anyway Ive been asked to look at a tree which is in a dangerous condition and needs removing as ASAP . This tree has a TPO . As this job is way out of my normal work area and I dont know the local Tree Officer would I be right in thinking that I could send a headed letter with the intention to fell said tree within 5 days ? .If this tree was local I would of just had an informal on site meeting with the TO and taken it from there . Thanks

I ve got a few new surgeons near me and there pricing is cheap ? The last job we looked at and lost was priced to win as it was near me. I charged £130 to spike up a 30 ft connie in a rear garden and removed the brash . The best price was £80 so I walked . There wasnt much brash but come on £80 ?
