  2. No Mick....only a day here and there subbying.Hoping that getting into training will bring in full time work.
  3. First place I passed as I went on my bike ride today.Soon to open, and just down the hill from me.How random. At least it,s bike friendly??‍♂️ I love my City!
  4. So that brings me to the weekend.I don,t do much these days.I spend quality time with my Grandchildren then get on my bike.I like a simple life ???
  5. Bit of a gap and a lot more light with just the roofs to blow off
  6. This tree may have gone unchecked if it wasn't,t for the inquisitive dog! And it was over two stables.
  7. And a nice view....but still a bit too warm for my liking.
  8. Thankfully the temperatures dropped considerably last week.Had an interesting dismantle last week climbing for my mate.He likes to record work so I get to have the camera on me which was interesting.I filmed it so maybe I will try once again at editing. The owner,s dog had been digging around the base of the tree which had revealed several worrying cavities. The were a few up top too!
  9. After having a new pot and piston put into my trusty MS200T a couple of years back I have recently had the carb refurbished in a Sonic cleaner. This amazing little pocket rocket is even better. What a difference.I have promised it to my son so it will get many more years of use now.
  10. I just have it set to take burst pictures as I still can,t work out how to edit.
  11. Sweatiest job I,ve ever done yet rather a nice part of the county and I got to try and work out my GoPro
  12. However it was the hottest recorded day at 36 degrees and it was almost unbearable
  13. As temperatures rose so did the scale of my little jobs.A little clearance.
  14. My couple of days with the trainer went very well. The practical chainsaw stuff was very straightforward and enjoyable. The classroom theory was a bit mind boggling to get my head around. It,s one thing to do it but another thing to explain it to people you have never met.But the feedback from the Trainer and the Boss was very encouraging and just another step along the way towards becoming a teacher/trainer myself. So continuing on........ I have to earn to pay my Bill's and that means tree work and the last couple of weeks has provided variation as it always does in my world. On the way back home from my course I stopped by at my cousins house. She asked me If I would remove a conifer. She would take it to the tip of I could load up.Five journeys in a Fiat Panda[emoji6][emoji209][emoji106]
  15. Monkey puzzle is one of my favourite woods.I had a small disc of it that I gave to my friend to have a quick go at making something out of.
  16. Flip flop weather up in the north East....Very....VERY Hot today....
  17. ST6 is a great little machine...but if you can afford or have the work to warrant a bigger machine then the TR8 is very capable.
