  1. Gray Git climbs every tree for fun...he's a gear junkie...I must admit I love my ZZ and Zillon. They both work so well......jon summed it up for me. It grabs perfectly.everytime. inspect it and look after it.Gray Git has already modified his Zillon with a thinner rope.mine is standard bombproof cordage.

  5. Plenty of wear left in those gloves:D only use them for chipping...neverwear gloves for climbing.

What a great video to watch first thing in the morning.so calming especially with the jazz background.i tried srt for the first time a couple of months ago.felt over-geared but this system with the rope-runner and boot clip looks so uncluttered...I love it...this I would like to try. He just needs a Sawpod then he is good to go! Great share OMT:cool:

Yeah OJM (The tree Troll) blows an Arb myth out of the water,that the perfect climber profile is young...small and compact.not so as those of us who have been this industry a while know, Tree Sugeons come in all ages shapes and sizes! Me and the Troll were not so young 20 years ago where we both went to Houghal College...he is over 6 foot tall and weighs 18 stone and he told me today he'd be very happy for me to share those facts on here:) He made very short work of the 2 poplars using a rope and prussick (200T and 372 XP). Top bloke:thumbup:
