After over 22 years These Tree Amigos met up.And because in 28 days i have had only 1 pint of beer i had a well deserved drop of alcohol.We all did our Blue Book at the same time and one is an Arboricltural Consultant and the other is Principle of the department we were a part of all those years ago.....we are going to try and get as many class of 96 students together in the Spring.Exciting times for me!

Too much good stuff going on right now to mention.Last day on Friday for two weeks...Boss looks after us this time of year.But the chocolates were passed on to my Mother.Completed my first month of Cardio.24 sessions in 28 days.Got the body fat right down.Starting Monday i begin a personalised weight training program.I can honestly say that i have never quite felt this fit.The hard bit of going training after work has become easier and instead of watching T.V at night i go to the Gym for one or two hours.It's quite a buzz the feeling that you get afterwards.Healthy Body makes for a healthy mind.

Damn! They are a fine looking boot...my pair of Airstreams lasted three years.Still have them about although the soles have lost most of the tread.My second pair have almost lost the heel.They started to split after about eight months.I can't work out how it may have happened other than the fact that a lot of our work(Clearance on building sites) is very rocky/ muddy. Clay almost and although i rinse them thoroughly i reckoned that this might have caused them to disintigrate.

A "SIP"Lunge too! These trousers do allow for a fuller...higher Lunge i've found due to the high quality cut of the fabric..well excecuted Mr SMG.🖒🖒🖒
