  1. i get up as soon as my eyes open..Normally long before my alarm is due to go off.I got myself some Dumbells yesterday so this morning i did some reps before a hot shower...
  2. Good Morning Arbtalkland. What a Chapter the last two months has been! A very personal one that i think has changed and shaped me more than any in my life.Certainly one that required more discipline and staying power.I knew i would get to this stage but wasn't sure of the outcome.I pleased to say i have found the results thus far beyond what i expected......I've tried to bore you all as little as possible with what i've been up to in terms of relentless posts of sweaty Gym work (my initial cardio sessions) and now my new block of weight training.I do between one and one and a half hours of excercise almost everyday after work or in the morning if it's a Sunday. My last drink of alcohol was new years eve and before that i only had a few between November and December.I eat as healthy as possible and keep away from the Sofa and T.V. I can honestly say i have never felt this all over fitness and well being ever in my life. I feel in tune with my body and at Peace with my world.I can only see thing getting better and better if i continue as i am doing.........

  6. Been using it Since April 2012 when i went from Prussick to Spiderjack and pretty sure i was the first to pair it with a ZigZag in February 2013.....This rope feels a part of me now.
  7. Went and bought the good stuff. My Third but it just works so well and yes i am a creature of habit but when i'm up a Tree i need to feel right at home and this cordage offers me everything i want in a rope.I will be getting into SRT this year so will be looking at a Kernmaster etc......

  13. Oh yes....and we have a great selection of noisey chippers!
  14. Fair comment Mick....know it's limitations and anything up to that it will deliver! I got down to this...For me the best thing about this saw is that once you are at work position and faced with a busy set of cuts it allows you the precise pruning ability of a hand saw whilst saving your elbow grease.....
  15. There are many benefits to workng with these saws...Silence is one...and with that also comes a very relaxed and peaceful working enviroment.Happy climber and groundies able to converse and work ultra safe.
