  13. If that's the only problem you've had in two years of use then that's forgivable....i climb and move about the tree with it attatched to my Caritool by the ring....between cuts its lowered smoothly and when chogging or dismantling i put the handle (Carefully) through the Caritool
  14. Good Morning Iveco...yep i see no reason why the 160 would ever require an additional fastener for the battery.Do you enjoy using yours as much as i do?
  15. I climb with mine almost everyday. The battery has never moved.Maybe its a problem with the polesaw version? The battery cannot come out from mine unless the two orange release clips are pressed at the same time.I have used mine for a lot of hours now and havent found any fault with it...i still regard it as a perfect pruning saw.Once i've mastered Editing i'll put up a video on this thread as i am getting loads of GoPro stuff of it in action.
  16. There IS an off position..It's the Front gaurd...click it forwars and the Chain won't move. (Click it back to start)....no debris issues.
  17. It's a whole new world.I've used mine extensivly now.Reductions, thins, dismantles and deadwoods and it is consistantly perfect.know it's limitaton when it comes to diameter and just enjoy silent canopy work....
  18. Hahahaha!😁😁😁 i must sound like a scratched record Mick.....but it is very...........
  19. The 160T is an amazing saw...
  20. I have it on good advice from the Stihl rep that L-ion batteries can be fully charged from any %...i still get at least one day's pruning on a single battery.
  21. Yes (with the 300 battery)
  22. The Large battery is heavier than the saw but the who thing weighs less than a 201.....its light enough to weild around like a light saber!....Super SUPER SAW.
  23. This year....The Sky's the limit.
  24. Excellent choice Lancs!...i've been hanging mine on it's metal loop on my DMM Vault for nearly a year now although i prefer using the handle to clip onto. Happy Trimming! I'm trying to put a video together showing the 160T in action. My Silky....160T and MS200T are a the perfect go to tools.
