With the various specialists we had in our tent, we hope were able to give something back to all of you who support us throughout the year with your valuable business. Like Jonsie, we apologise if we were not able to give you our full attention when you visited us, especially the many Arbtalkers that came to our tent. Any feedback you have is welcome. Did we live up to your expectations or is there anything you would like us to improve upon for next years shows? As the Internet age brings dealers competing against each other for business and driving down prices, as shown by the recent Arb Show post regarding show prices vs online prices, the winners being you guy's , our question is this.... Bearing in mind dealers need to make a margin to cover running costs. Do we build shipping costs in the product price OR best possible product price with a sensible 'trackable and insured' shipping charge? At HB we value the opinion of the Arbtalk community, and ask for sensible suggestions to this age old question. Do you compare product price, or total cart price when comparing Arb Gear online? Over to you....

    If re-tapping the thread will solve your problem we will cover the charge, but I am sure you will appreciate no warranty will cover cross-threading when re-inserting screws when the correct pitch and diameter screws are supplied.
