After suspecting the fraudulent transaction, we investigated it through our card processor. It turns out his email address is on a list with fraud history. Always nice to get this info after the event This coupled with the fact he bought saws then instantly sells then eBay for a LOSS is surely enough evidence.

We know it's the same guy as he sold a 3120 on eBay also, that he obtained using the same method. We dont know who he got the T540 from he is selling.
