  3. Hope you have had a rest this weekend. I got called out Sunday night had a huge bough fall in the wind and blocked the back drive.

  4. Well i have a hedge to plant not much wood going out but plenty coming in for next year. will have a chat sometime when you get a break from being busy. I had a big oak come down last weekend in the wind that was nice work.

  8. Hi Ben. I always do my planting before christmas i have never done them as late as this. You will have to let me know how they take and what % you have to beat up next year. Just finished my new ride moving on to next job tomoz

  9. What do you do with the large poplar trunks Ben? I have a lot of them but don't really know what to do with them LOL

  10. Nice bit of Elm Ben. I had a huge Ash pollard with a big goblet come down last week and i have got the trunk sitting in a meadow waiting to be milled up well if i get time LOL

  15. Hi Sean i did see the oak and thorn i have got some the same i will try and find them and get some pics. Yes a visit would be good to be honest when i came to Richmond park i was lost it is far better to have a guide.

  19. Yes same as you the last couple of weeks. I am burning mostly oak off of the park and i have piles of oak cordwood stacked in the park shelter belts you must look after yourself no one else will haha

  20. Yes i have sold three loads its a start. I sold a load on sat the man was looking through it as i tipped checking it had a bit of spruse in LOL

  22. Hi ben everytime i hear from you i think your manager and my land agent must have went to the same school LOL. Been clearing around a pond today and the digger came he dug down about 15 feet to clay he said that pond had not been cleaned in 100 years. The agent would not buy me an alaskan saw mill but my bosses wife bought it for me. Not sure what i am doing next i will have to sit in the office and have a think. Hope you and the wife are well?

  24. Hi i see you own your own company now but did and do you do a lot of estate forestry work? I see your friends with kevin. You live in a nice part of the country now the highest i have been is the lowlands of scotland, i must get to the top one day. I did see a golden eagle flying across a lake in a forest i think it was Gallaway or somthing.

  25. Hi ben the grab is ace i dont know how i worked without one. Having a bad week the rain is messing up the grass cutting and it is the big event this weekend the exits are all mud i think cars will be getting stuck i better wash the tractor tomoz LOL.
