  23. i saw it about 3 months ago but forgot i took a snap of it, it was on a bit of dead Fagus, real damp, it was in woodland conditions, first time ive ever seen it and as you can see by the grass its been there a while, looks similar to orange peel (Aleuria aurantia) you seem to know you fungi did you study it?
  24. not sure but i think its the tannin in the sap, when you find a nail in the middle of an oak it goes blue around same thing there i think:confused1:
