I decided to buy the gl&d titan wee chipper. I tried the eliet and jo beau but this simply out performed both of them but certainly is not built as well as either of the other two. So far ive been very impressed. You just cant beat a feed roller! IMG_8337.mov

I am finding that a lot of trees supplied lately look like this. Horrible leggy things that can easily snap off at the tie point. i have had honey locust, hawthorns and oak

Found it! Found the big fuse by the starter motor, which had blown. Replaced that and tried again, smoke coming from the point in the photo where the loom bolted to the chassis, both red wires were bent back on themselves. I just watched the clever person fix it btw!

I have undone the panel..... there's a lot going on under that panel!. It's raining now and it's in the middle of a field. great!

loader just cut out whilst using it. No lights on dash, not turning over. battery terminals all look good. all fuses look good. is there an inline fuse for the battery/starter/ignition anywhere? I cant find anything. any ideas?

In that second photo, the close up, the brown bits haven't been cut, they might possibly have been chewed at by a blunt trimmer. Id have happily trimmed that a bit tighter than you have. But I wouldn't worry it will grow out again all to quickly!

ahh think they have the part with this company but looks like they have stopped stocking them too just had a few parts left. I will ring them on Monday. thanks
