The Muffs and Visor on the F2EXTREM are the same style as the MSA HPE (chippers muffs) which you are probably already use to. You can buy the helmet on its own or with attachments.

Great service FR Jones - shame about my Stein mini-reach
Nigel replied to Andrew Barrett's topic in General chat
Barrettltd, I am sorry you have experienced a problem but hope you are happy with your replacement arranged through Justin. I am sure despite this miss-hap you found the product useful and beneficial? When the mini-reach was originaly tested it took over 20kg of load to pull the ring apart and over 45kg to pull the mini-reach apart. To put this weight in to perspective a Stihl MS880 weighs 10kg. The mini-reach is supplied with the following Product Warning attached: “Do not operate or carry this device near electrical power lines as it conducts electricity. Contact with power lines may result in injury or death. Never use in weather where there is a risk of lighting strikes. Never apply extreme pressure to the mini-reach as this can cause the device to flex and ultimately break. For best performance keep the device lubricated with a lubrication spray. Not for use as PPE” The mini-reach could be supplied from new with a full size karabiner but this would add an extra £8 - £10 on to the price of the product (current market price £12.50+vat). Remember for heavier rigging jobs we also have the Outreach priced at £48.00. Please read review: http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/rigging-hardware/24856-review-outreach-tool.html -
The NEW skylotec passo-pl karabiner whats your view???
Nigel replied to Rhystree's topic in Climbers talk
Saw this on another forum which shows under circumstances even traditional 3-way action karabiners can be rolled opened: Carabiner rolled open -
Remember there are differences between what is allowed in the Height Safety industry regarding equipment and the Arborist industry. many people in the Height Safety industry use Srew-Gate which is perfectly acceptable and generally MEWPS are deemed and seen as Height Safety. MEWPS operators will use full body harnesses with a restraint Lanyard which is attached to the bucket so both screw-gate and 3-way are acceptable for this application. Where we in the Arborist industry use light-weight aluminium karabiners many height safety companies will use heavy steel karabiners which we see as for rigging purposes. ISC can offer a complete range of karabiners for this application Fletcher Stewart MEWPS Harness: Fletcher Stewart Restraint Lanyard: Fletcher Stewart All these are available from good retailers
