  2. i like the alaskan. if u have a tree in a back garden 29 inch gate its so easy ladder, saw and mill job done u can take the alaskan mill anywhere

  5. if i was u and looking for a smaller saw i would be looking at a 357 xp (that would be for bloking down) for ground work stick with the 441 20inch bar saves u bending ur back . its weight v power and what ever makes the job goes better
  6. here we go again the bloke has asked about the 261 not a 346xp if he asked about a different saw i would say a 441. dont think u would go wrong with a 261 ask justin for a price and try it out stihl dont normal get it wrong iv used a 260 and that is a good saw hope that help

  10. dad does landscapin iv worked with him for 6 years now and 3 years ago i watched 2 bloke fred and ben take one big and i mean big cedar tree down and thought that would be great to learn how to do that and worked from there doing bits myself and worked my way up the ladder

  13. put the 25inch bar on it does make a big diffrence to the feel of the saw just need to got find something to have a play with now that willow just seems a bit to far away not to run it through a bit of wood :laugh1:

  16. ms 441 all the way i went from a 024 to 441 i cant seem to put the 441 down always pick it up
  17. great i run a 20 on the 441 anyway so put the 25 on the 660 and keep the 30 for every now and then sorted cheers rupe and thanks for the saw justin
  18. i was hoping it would fit but if not i will use the 660 with the 441
  19. am i right in saying the 25inch bar i brought for my 441 for milling will fit the 660 (thats why i went for a 30inch bar) good gess rupe
  20. im over the moon with it iv worked my way up form a 024 to a 441 witch i love using could not make my mine up what the next saw i wanted was a 880 or 660 spoke to robD he told me 880 as i asked about milling then josh talked me into the 660. its the biggest saw iv brought/used and its took me 2 years to get here its one great feeling
  21. i ent going to use it that much at the moment but hoping slowly i will use it more and more (dont sell that 441 mate )

    dont sell it i wouldnt i use mine for everything i do it not a big saw its just rite best alround ground saw u can buy
  24. no tomorrow the saw will be here mate i will take some pics so u can have a look . the thing that made me laugh about the old bill is they truned up and said they wont be able to get any finger prints due to the frost so why bother coming out and they spent all day down my road with a speed camera van to day ent go nothing better to do i gess
  25. im looking forward to the new kit just hope they dont come back iv totaly cleaned the van out tonite so there ent nothing left in it
