  1. This is it a stihl 024 that im rebuilding it was my dads it got carbon run through it about 1991 and messed the engine up scored the bore quit bad thought i would post the pic mainly for josh as he asks about how im getting on with it

  8. i thougth i would see if members could post some pic of there old saws and what the oldest saw u have in ur colection is that u still run every now and again. i want to get my hands on a vintage saw iv bin looking on ebay for a while and i reckon i would like a stihl 070,076,075 or a danarm 125. i just want something to play with i was just wonderin if u could post pics of ur Vintage chainsaws to help me see what saws are about and the other thing is do u still run old saws on 50-1 2stroke mix all the best martin

  11. i went to price a job like that but them boys had bin in before me. got there priced 4 trees 1 day take woodchip and wood away £450 oh my god she went the last bloke told her that they could do it for £80 if he could keep the wood :confused1: i told her she best get on with it , i drive past the house nearly everyday it took 2 bloke with ladders and bowsaws nealy a week made me laugh watching them

  17. it will run a 25 inch bar mate i just rather put a 20inch bar on it i think the 25 take a bit to much out of the saw thats all the balance of the 441 with a 20inch bar on it i find is really good + now i have a 660 it seems to of knicked the 25inch bar

  20. the auto tune one dont really no much about that one the only thing i can say is iv never had to re tune mine and is still runs as sweet as a nut

  22. great saw with a 20inch bar dont buy the 25inch for it mine is now 2 years old and its the first saw i pick up

  24. iv brought loads of diffrent friction cord from Yale Bee-Line,Ocean Polyester,Lyros Herkules,BEAL Regate and now im on Armor Prus 8mm witch josh told me to buy and i love it i climb on imore rope but when josh worked for me on wendnesday he had Armor Prus 8mm on tachyon and i must say it look really smooth
  25. ask for 20 pound back and buy a new set of top pads. then use them make ur money out of them. buy new gear when its ur safty involved or buy of people u no that ent had much use Climbing spikes | F R Jones and Son
