  1. It would have to be a 1957, 88" land Rover. Oh,and a copy of the series one club membership list for free bed, board and workshop
  2. Sorry to hear of your loss . I'll be looking over the hedges around here.;-)
  3. I've found that all canine willows are caring
  4. Mine was a new Stihl 010AV, it felt so light and quick compared to the old saws that the farm had. I can still remember the pleasure of my first own saw:001_cool:
  5. As long as gods own county is Wiltshire
  6. Metal stitching is what to look up:thumbup:
  7. The problem will be what he was burning before yours A blocked chimney can be cleared, a blocked stainless flexi flue may not survive the treatment. It would be a wonderfull miracle if buyers of firewood could be educated
  8. Have not had to change one since I put the auto box in. It used to be a regular occurance, but it did suffer from clutch judder.
  9. I've used that too, very impressed.
  10. Yup. Saw one in Westonbirt Aroretum about 10 years ago. It crossed within 10 metres of me in a major hurry. My previous terrier took off after it yowling like he used to chasing foxes. For a long time i told no one. It was only later on a post pub nocturnal wander there that my anxiety for my dog was noticed. Turned out that my farming friends had also seen them. A contract milker had seen one in the lane and found that the cows were spooked. We all felt that it would have been easier to think we were mistaken but our animals obviously saw them too
  11. 65 psi would be the maximum pressure that a standard tyre valve would take. (legally) A lot of heavy vans/light hgv came out of the factory on high pressure valves that have since been replaced with car type valves. This only matters in the event of a V.O.S.A. check, an insurance claim or an accident.
  12. I think you may need to talk to Hama about fungus ID
  13. Someone somewhere may read this and save a huge repair bill. I know of several JD tractors that have had the back end apart due to over use of the grease gun
  14. Thats done it I can hear spotify calling I may be gone some time:thumbup:
  15. Canal Navvy

    Red wine

More than the UK Chief Medical Officers recommendation, but still a lot less than my doctor does
  16. I do like to blow mine off regularly
  17. If people really want to see the spec on both (the one picture shows it's little 5 tonne brother) I'll do another thread on them when I'm back. Eddie. I'd love to see more of your excavators. An Engcon is high on my shopping list and your winch fitment makes so much sense. I think that this is the first time that arbtalk has triggered the green eyed monster in me.
  18. I use Miller and Kemppi. Built to last. Weld metal and PPE is ESAB A used ex pro welding set is going to be better than a new "bargain", same as with chainsaws.
  19. Apex Arb. Fairly sure that Terry Crick does a 3 day combined course
  20. B.F.G. mud terrain Good on the road, good off the road & slow to wear out. Cost per mile makes them a good investment. The Michelin ownership shows
  21. You could try a liner:001_smile: have a look here http://.moplant.co.uk
