  6. i have seen that tracked machine in paul abbots yard i always get my chipper fixed by him as i think he knows timberwolfs better then any other person i have delt with. it looks a tidy machine.

  11. Hello everyone I took the bigest one down and striped the smaller one up. The tree's where big about 90 ft but easy to do, i cut and held most of it then cloged it down with the husky 372 then the 395 to about 25ft where caspa felled the butts over and cut it up. The trees where 6ft across honest. The drag was crap im glad i didnt have much to do with that mainly anna draged it with mark. hope that helps a bit

  15. I would think you have to be a very capable climber as them hartel boys are very good climbers. but good luck in your search

  17. put the pipe in hot water and it should slip back onto the tank
  18. predator 50 is a good machine i have done sum big stumps with one.
  19. I use a side stop or 2.5m of yale blaze for normal climbing with gillion and daisy chain the slack up. When clogging down i use a flip line as they are just a pain for everyday climbing
  20. I saw a home made one to day it works ok but could be lethal in the wrong hands but we deal with lethal machinery every day.

  23. timberwolf 150 would be a good machine for you espect to pay 4k at least. Tree hunter dont take this the wrong way but you have said you are a college and have only just started to climbing. Dont you think you should get some more esperience before going on your own . There is so much to running a small tree company. dont take this the wrong way as you are obviously keen.
