    my boss is putting me through my qual,3yr gotta stay for 6mnths after i have done it all,my advice is work hard,get all your jobs done for the day,make your boss his/your money,work late to get the job done and should go a long way,least thats what i do.

    need some info for splicing for beginners,easy instructions for 24 strand is this easy?what links do you have (sorry drewb looked at the samson website but counldnt find the right one) which ropes are 12 or 24 strands,sorry new to all this. cheers guys
