    Noooooooo! Big mistake Dean! Don’t go for a full susser at that price point! Extra weight, extra cost and no benefit whatsoever. Don’t do it!!

    At that price – Specialized Dean. Only advice I’d give is spend as much as you can afford (and then a little more). If you are thinking of upgrading then you need to be concentrating on getting the best quality frame possible. At your price they’ll all be made in the Far-East (but they do make bloody good frames now.) Why now spend a little more - £800 – Grand. At that price point you start to get some excellent value kit and some good reductions in the sales! I only ever bought one mountain bike – back in ’95. And I’ve still got it!

    Yeh Right, did a crane job once and swore never again! Any big ‘ball-busting’ jobs that come in the future I’ll get on the office PC, do my magic – create an order and give it to the private sector. Got to do my bit to keep you boys in the job.
