Hi All Down south this is how we role. We get a lot of Pro customer for service round here. After a lot of customers asking and hassle getting it set up, we are also now offering collection from anywhere in the UK for service & warranty work. Book a machine in for service | F R Jones and Son I've just copied this off of our website. full strip down and clean de-carbonise, vacuum and pressure test cylinder ultrasonic clean carburettor service recoil mechanism check and lubricate all cables levers and linkages check and re-grease all gearboxes and drive systems check over and clean all ignition units sharpen any blades that are fitted check function of all controls polish and clean machine All the above are included in our service prices, but any parts fitted will be extra. We always try to keep parts to a minimum and will only fit what’s necessary. We charge £54.00 + VAT

Over night We do them in the morning from 6-8am the answer phones are on and no one in the shop. We don't want to be disturbed while checking kit.

As above it sounds like a faulty micro switch, there should be one under the seat and one on the reverse gear. You should be on the seat to engage the cutter, and it won't let you cut un reverse.

Check out our man Gaz slipping on the ice We heard he took a quality stack and found it on the CCTV cameras. Then recorded it of the screen on to a phone.:lol: Oh he's one of the main guys that takes the order, don't forget to mention it next time you speak to him.

It was going to be this week, but it's now next Thursday. If they manage to get them to me for next Thursday, it will be the closest anyone manufacture has come to their estimated release date.

Cheers for the heads up. I'm going to ring them in the morning, as I should be able to serial number all the machines back to their owners. Even if they have not been purchased from us.

All those with them are possibly old stock. World of powers site says discontinued item. If you phone around you might get lucky, but most dealers would not have had that machine on the shelf. Think it's gloves time.

We where asked for this saw the other day, I'm assuming it was yourself. I did contact Husqvarna and as it's not a UK machine and they can't get it in. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

We have a place on a chainsaws course we need to fill, this is not a course for a pro it's a 1 day course for domestic/occasional chainsaw user. I'm sending some of my new staff on this and need to fill the other space, it will be held on a Saturday or a Sunday.
