  1. ive been splitting some wood today and its about 2 years since i put it on the log pile would it be ok to sell even thou its got a fairly high moisture content? its about 30% moisture cheers

  4. hi doe anyone know if and were you can buy the threaded top for an aladin flask from? As i have dropped mine and now it leaks The best flask i have so thought id look around before i bought a new one. cheers TM
  5. weres here ? very fine stuff here and its drifting like mad just got in from gettin a trooper full of logs in net bags and feeding up cant believe how quiet the roads are its eary

  8. i find if you split it and leave to the elements for a while then put under cover it dries well and fairly fast when its had plenty of rain on because water helps displace the sap

  10. i worked for a company they took 2 months to pay it wasnt all there and while working for him i had my van done over and im still sure he had something to do with it. He said my tipper was up and i drive that way regular and cant see were it was parked from were he said it !
  11. i have a friend who has some they look like klien copies and he says he doesnt feel safe on them ! i have a pair of those steel bashlins there are good spikes go for option 2imo
  12. i had a hs45 exactly the same prob it was solved when i put new diaphragms in it was fine as said above that is a good way of solving problem. Then you may have to reset carb again
  13. are you buying it outright or load etc? if on finance claim it through company

    Ive been told by a friend that if you have a licence that entitles you to drive a 7.5t truck, you have to take cpc to keep it by sept 2014. does anyone know if this is correct and how do you go about getting one ? thanks TM:thumbup:
  19. there hens not chickens ! chickens are small and yellow or oven ready have you tried hanging a chain from the pop hole there suposed to be scared of that an old farmer told me once
  20. snowing here too very big flakes now. just fed first lot of sheep going to have a brew then out again to feed rest
  21. if your just climbing up it is a pain to keep taking the pulley off. if at top then a cambion saver or pulley a lot less friction. also it could depend on the tree species as some bark causes less friction ie beech and sycamore are smooth so less friction than say oak or ash. end of day i think its personal preferance.
  22. its defo a dog cats walk with there claws retracted and badgers as said not enough toes and they have big claws
