  5. Sherrill laser pointer is listed as a Day pointer and is $67. Mine is absolutely brilliant and in constant use, even in bright sunlight.
  6. The best and they are amazing are from the US, see Sherrill catalogue. However they are strong and I understand illegal in this country.

  15. I am elated as not used to winning raffle prizes! Thank you seems somehow insufficient for all the work put into this now hopefully annual event by Steve and all concerned. Good job all round and for all the right reasons. Give yourselves a pat on the back guys and gals. Now soon off to do site inspections in a yellow baseball cap with my folding saw , secateurs and first aid pack!!

  21. Thanks Treequip and Peter, you have given me the best laugh that I have had for a long time. The number plate actually stands for totally pissed off.
  22. I used to work 1968/1970 with the Brighton Parks tree gang and helped to start the protection of the Brighton Elms from DED. Great memories!!!! Now these trees are recognised worldwide as a living museum of elms. I was then on the 1st one year Arb course at Merrist Wood,(1970-71) where Peter was the Course Director. Again brilliant memories. This was before he wrote the book and Le Suer was then a 'bible' of arb practice!!!!!
