  17. This happened to me the other day.. You'll have to take the handle apart again but check the throttle action with the handle covers off. On ours there was some resistance which kept causing the throttle rod to pop out. To remedy I had to remove the panel covering the carb and straighten out the linkages as they attach to the carb. I think there was probably carp blocking the butterfly mech. on the carb body which meant the rod kept poppping off. Hope that helps.

  24. There sure is Steve, I think it relates to a percentage of your assets and turnover - called gearing but I don't know what is considered acceptable. Most big business is almost entirely financed hence why we have such major economic catastrophes now. The main trouble if lack of physical assets of any value.
