  1. Lousy with cold and got to sit through sales meeting. Slept badly too so I'm looking forward to meeting! Pants, Neigh, Speck, Tackles.
  2. Am I right in thinking that the good old folk behind Reeves have stung us Pickup drivers again? BIK to be paid as if it was a car? Thanks for "not putting up taxes on working people!"
  3. Drop the dead donkey was epic, but you had to have heard the news over the preceding days! I used to watch then get to pub where everyone else had done the same!
  4. Quick walk around Saltex after a delivery in to Nottingham, then off to see a great team in Stoke. Cher, Pud, Spy.
  5. Budget!?! Don't know where the common sense went with these people. We are quite close to zero unemployment and she is taxing everyone to pay for giga factories in the North East which has no usable, available labour! She is spending gazillions on the NHS which sees recruitment of nursing staff down again so where are the staff coming from an how long does it take to train these people? Hundreds of new build inspectors which again, need years of training and certification and we are struggling to build the houses as we don't have the labour! They went wild about the cost/benefit ratio of HS2 yet plan to underground it to Euston and build a cross pennine route amongst other routes like Oxford to Cambridge! What a load of nincompoops!
  6. Morning Team. Done the first three and going for the tea! Neigh, Jurer, Serve.
  7. I heard an interview with Lammy and thought that he, and many other politicians are removed from reality! A classic example is making use of some anti fat drug which would allow these people to get back into work. Just how many fat people cannot work but want to? Or will be able to get gainful employment if they could move? Similarly, a young single mum gets some £2200 per month in benefits which she couldn't get at work so why should give up the easy life and put herself out?
  8. I heard somewhere that Yaxley-Lennon was a bankrupt who gets by on a 6 figure income from donations from his feeble minded supporters.
  9. Morning All. Still and autumnal here. Bit of desk time and away of out for me. Be safe all! Cam, Fur, Royal.
  10. Sorry, good hearty supper!
  11. Was going to be home cooked Ham, egg and chips but got carried away!
  12. Morning Y'all. Another day, another dollar! Sim, Fur, Knees.
  13. Hope it is dry enough today to stripe the lawn and checkout a demo chipper for tomorrow's outing. She gone for tea and I started the crossword! Haring, Bonus, Titch.
  14. Usual duties, washing, shopping, drinks in town blah blah blah. Enjoy yours! Parlour,Meant.
  15. Garlic, herby chicken, pan fried with a salad and chips of you can be bovered!
  16. Good shot! Bet your loo carpet never wet!!!
  17. Got it, a rotor to help sustain momentum and not as part of the cutting system!
  18. Heck, another week at its end! A delivery in Dumfries, an ex demo unit sold off the stand at the APF by the Sales Director who was working his last day! Then a collection at Thirsk, quick checkout of that machine ready for its demo on Monday then home to Shepshed! Enjoy your day and be safe! Inn, Viz, Sybil.
  19. How many times have folk been on his land with no comeback. Well done to him to tie both up, load them up and drive to town! Give him the freedom of the town and toss the others in the stocks!
  20. Struggle to sleep well on this trip! Premier Inn have done up this room and it is smart and comfortable but been awake several times tonight! Another decent day weather wise and some good work done too! Will have done most of the crosswords I like by breakfast but forgot to bring Yorkshire teabags! Mass, Cur, Raid.
  21. Morning Team, drove the truck and trailer to Glasgow and now a tour of the patch and back home on Friday evening! Abut, Earl, Gust, Hello.
  22. I'm intrigued, have you a link? I like the idea of the branch logger as a way of potentially using the waste as a fuel. If you say, a bale burner boiler and the space to store the produce as it drys, just open the door and shovel the load in! But the units I have seen do not have a rotor at all. I get what you say about credit card refund. I did it with a used car which had faults, I did loose money but I got the purchase price back and the satisfaction faction was immense!
  23. I wonder if the blokes family will retract their bile about him being picked on by coppers and say what a babe he really was?
  24. Gotta say this doesn't sound like a branch logger but some sort of chipper if it has a flywheel? Im not sure about the self assembly bit either? If it fails how much warranty have you got? How would you return it? With no instructions, how do you know if it is right?
