Dont agree with you there Steve!!! In my worklife I've been on the recieving end of some dogs abuse I can tell you.....there's no way i'll ever treat anyone who works for me that way. You come to work, its where you spend most of your life, during that time you should respect each other and carry out your work without resorting to petty authoritarianism....which is the tone of your list. Good people people usually end up working with other good people anyway. The tone of your list suggests that you havent exactly attracted good people your way...strange....isn't it?
