Well theres ALOT of people around here who've made real money out of the property market,hard to tell whats going to happen but i cant see the good propertys getting any cheaper! The mining sector here just cant supply enough.

Theres only one grinder manufacturer RAYCO! Vermeer are next,I know someone that brought another leading brand after owning a rayco,he had got rid of it and purchased another rayco within 6 months. Mr Ed is correct that there only as good as you maintain them,and re-tipping the teeth not many people know or do it correctly.

landcruiser gearbox and transfers arnt that great,5th gear trouble and transfer leak into gearbox.
