  1. Aye, large estates have 'gardens' that us mere mortals would consider to be woodlands, where is the line drawn?
  2. You get what you pay for.
  3. Nobody really cares what you think. You are a good troll on the internet with odd ideas about proof of ID. Moderately entertaining but canny repetitive. D-.
  4. Why did they even turn up then? It seems like a grey area to me. I am sure you were in the right, but why would they doubt that?
  5. On the first job do you think the FC would have granted you a license if you had applied for one?
  6. If you were to plant a woodland in a garden it follows that the land use is now a woodland. If that's the case then you could theoretically thin out the remaining trees.
  7. I have seen the felling license route work for large estates with large gardens (woodlands?) on several occasions.

  9. Perceived strength in anchor point. He may have had a 'breakaway' that was stronger than his tie in. I didn't look in detail as I don't like turbo-grim videos.
  10. I know of people who have successfully used this avenue: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/64b54e2d0ea2cb000d15e3e5/FC_Tree_Felling_4_July_23_WEB.pdf A replanting proposal may be required.
  11. On my phone it looks like the other tree was an ash with a sparse crown (ADB?). That might have been a factor in the sequence of events.

  15. Just pointing out the obvious in case you were wondering why so many wrong ones were still roaming the streets.
  16. Just as well the Tories put an extra 40,000 coppers on the streets, oh hold on, they didn't.
  17. He's trying to get sent to a Cat D jail, he's too scared to walk the wings in his current jail. So aye, I do think so. You reap what you sow.
  18. I didn't dispute that.
  19. Why is it bad taste? You can join the army at 16, I tried but they wouldn't have me as I'm deaf in one ear. My very good mate signed up the day after my 16th birthday and ended up as a Warrant Officer 1st Class, he left after 25 odd years in there.
  20. Tommy Robinson segregated in prison due to ‘mark on his head’ WWW.STANDARD.CO.UK Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is serving an 18-month sentence for contempt of court after breaching an injunction Bless him, clearly can't handle his normal location.

  22. That bit I couldn't agree more with. But they won't, not while they work for those with real money.
  23. I'm talking about taxing people with real money, not someone sitting on £10 million. That's the politics of reality, not envy. The non-rich kids who are likely to get the fun of joining the army are faced with the real possibility that when they come back with PTSD and missing limbs/friends there will be no welfare support. Labour ceased to be left-wing some time ago, if that has passed you by you might want to revisit things.
