Personally, I think what is happening is that Trump has served his purpose. He'll be turfed out over this and JDVance will take over. The fact that Vance is a business partner with Peter Thiel doesn't bode well. It looks like the trumpanzees have scored an own goal.

Aye, so we need to fix the thing, not just sell it as 'sold as seen' to the public. Reform will sell the NHS. That's not really a vote winner.

Have a closer look at Farage's links to the financial services industry. It's quite clear, to me at least, that he has ulterior motives for the things he does. I agree that there is a ton of wastage and inefficiency in the system, that isn't to say that it can't be fixed without selling out the NHS.

I think that if they have genuine asylum claims to live here they should be allowed to. If you support Reform you support the privitisation of the NHS and everything that goes with it. It's that simple.

Okay, Reform have already said they'll sort out illegal immigration. Stopping the boats might take longer than privatising the NHS would. If they privatise the NHS prior to stopping the boats, will you still feel happy that most people who have paid NI have no direct access to medical care? Think of all the people you know who have been helped by the NHS. That's what reform wants to monetise. Who is going to get the money from that?

I agree it's hypothetical, but you've stated you support Reform, and they have stated that they want to privatise the NHS. Do you hypothettically support the privatisiation of the NHS for all UK citizens?

You're lucky you can afford private healthcare. Assuming the illegals issue is resovled by Farage, as he seeks to do, how long then do you think it will be until Reform privatise the NHS? Farage is on record as saying that he favours an insurance based system for everyone, not just those in well paid jobs.

Perhaps no politics is a workable endgame, but I think that the current trajectory society is on isn't one which will ever accomodate that situation.
