  20. Me old man had to renew his picture on his license. They told him he hadn't sent a new picture, which he had. He sent in another new picture and three months later they sent a new one, valid for the next decade or so, with the picture from his old license on. DVLA and the Rev are just cranking back into action again, now that people are heading back to work. My ex bitter half is an accountant and she's just now getting responses to things from months ago.
