  5. i have the stein helmet and dislike the peltor muffs, i got some of the adaptors for the kong helmet, although they fit ive had to glue the two parts of the adaptors together to stop them popping off.but are now sorted

  8. a tin shack!!! i would have killed for a tin shack, i lived in a mouldy shoe with only rotten tarmac to eat:001_tongue: you are right it is nice to have some comforts, but the hardship will bond us all together

  10. not a fan of op, far to stiff, people say when its worn in its fine...but i havnt the patience. armour prus all the way. ps you were right rich it works great with the tachyon oh yeah and im still battling on with the swivel

  12. plane reduction from today, previously topped. havnt worked on a plane for ages and had forgotten how much the hairs get your nose going. first proper climb on my new tachyon and love it. ps dont you hate it when people leave cars under trees and go to work, especially when the housing agency has sent letters to all residents informing them of the work

  18. ive got a 1975 race standard carlton continental behind the shed that just needs some work to get it back on the road. what does cadence mean
  19. id thought about cycling looks like it might be time to bring the carlton continental back out of retirement
  20. so after my attempt at a work climb on friday which if im honest left me in bits, ive decided to start doing some training. so back to swimming once or twice a week and try and cut down on the old ciders in the evening for a start, but what else do people suggest any help is greatly appreciated

  24. funny how things change. i still have my lanyard with positioner, but now carry a ropeguide, fig 8, sling and double pully for redirects, and another sling and krab
