  1. remind me how old you are again now cerne?? 41 isnt it?
  2. ok all done. theres been quite a few changes made to the site, most of whih you wont notice, the main areas that have been improved that you will see a change is in the social groups. the layout is a lot nicer and also you are able to open individual discussions now much like the main forum. I have taken the libery of choosing my own images for wach group but these can be changed by the usergroup manager if not appropriate. There is also a new menu you will find beneath your list of private messages which lets you sort through your messages by date, sender etc.
  3. well i certainly wont be now. wasnt really planning this for tonight but as work was cancelled for tomorrow i dont need to get to bed early!
  4. Arbtalk will be down at midnight tonight for some exciting(hopefully) new upgrades. shouldn't be more than 1 hour, but i expect most of you will be in bed by then!
  5. welcome mate..you'll soon pick it all up
  6. well ive just had tomorrows job cancelled so perhaps on my travels i'll see if i can find a bt engineer
  7. i love mine, been wearing it all week and found it very nice. its short at the front which i like because if it does come untucked from my harness waist belt it doesnt hang over my side d's and obscure them from my view. i did see the treetop smock in bts the other week...it did look nice i must say. if i was one for climbing in the rain i might be more inclined to invest
  8. not too pleased with my stein waterproof jacket...just put it in the washing machine and it came out soaked on the inside.
  9. i wouldnt think it would be a problem but i can check and be sure

  10. sadly for some unknown reason that isnt the case
  11. ok thanks for letting me know that.

  12. interesting fact, the romans used elm for making water pipes
  13. dead standing elm is great IMO...green takes ages to season
  14. we are wireless. the problem is i just bought a wireless printer but it needs to be plugged in to the router, which is the other end of the house to my office, hence the need for an extension. oh and also the base unit with the answering machine in has to be plugged into a socket so all i have is one of the additional handsets in my office which isnt ideal either.
  15. if you see saws that you think have been stolen from a member then pm the member. i think its perfectly clear why its not ok to post links to items and suggesting that they are stolen, and even if thats not how the thread starts it will inevitably go down that path. try to look at it from my angle as the owner of this site. it would be like you advertising that you thought someone might be selling stolen goods and sticking a big poster up on your front door.
  16. just spoke to my local sky people.....£45, i can live with that!
  17. cheers mate, not working your way for a while though i dont think. i still wouldnt tackle it myself though..im a loser
  18. sounds more like what i want to pay

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
