  5. haha cheers for earlier josh. it was pretty much as i thought, but it just looked too easy! other systems ive used in the past have involved slightly more technical splicing.

  12. not much mate....cant see exactly how the splice goes. it appears to just go in and through the core for 30cm then out again forming a loops, then back in again. can someone confirm that? and also the loop....im assuming its for adjustment?

  14. can someone explain to me the splice used when installing boa? all i can get is a pretty vague image showing a spliced part, with a loop, then another splice. thanks

  16. no mate, got as far as looking up clubs.....just need to get through some work at the moment before i start that up. i just started weights though....im getting a little lardy in places.
