    not much mate....cant see exactly how the splice goes. it appears to just go in and through the core for 30cm then out again forming a loops, then back in again. can someone confirm that? and also the loop....im assuming its for adjustment?

    can someone explain to me the splice used when installing boa? all i can get is a pretty vague image showing a spliced part, with a loop, then another splice. thanks

    no mate, got as far as looking up clubs.....just need to get through some work at the moment before i start that up. i just started weights though....im getting a little lardy in places.
