  1. oh dear I made a mistake I should have said a statue "by"an incestuous pedophile, depicting a naked boy and an adult", good job there's a resident thrush to point out the horrendous mistake eh!
  2. It's bracket racing, it's not just a question of getting the car sub 10secs, heres a good explanation, In bracket racing, two vehicles with potentially varying performance levels compete by dialing in an estimated time to reach the finish line. The slower car receives a head start equal to the difference between their dial-in times, creating a more competitive race between vehicles with different capabilities. The driver who crosses the finish line first without "breaking out" (running faster than their dial-in) wins. Here's a more detailed breakdown of bracket racing rules: 1. Dial-in Time: Each driver anticipates their quarter-mile time and "dials in" that time. This is their target time to reach the finish line. 2. Head Start: The vehicle with the slower dial-in time receives a head start, allowing it to leave the starting line before the faster car. The head start is equal to the difference between the two dial-in times. 3. Running the Race: Both drivers compete to reach the finish line as quickly as possible, while trying to match their dial-in time. 4. Breaking Out: If a driver runs faster than their dialed-in time, they are considered to have "broken out" and lose the race. 5. Consistency is Key: In bracket racing, consistency is crucial. Being able to repeat the same reaction time and elapsed time repeatedly helps in achieving a win. 6. "Christmas Tree": Drivers line up in front of an electronic countdown starting device called the "Christmas Tree," which provides visual cues for starting the race. In essence, the rules of bracket racing focus on: Dial-in Time: Each racer estimates their expected run time. Head Start: The slower car is given a head start based on the difference in their dial-in times. The Race: Drivers attempt to reach the finish line without breaking out (running faster than their dial-in). The Outcome: The first driver to reach the finish line without breaking out wins the race. I have built a couple of cars myself, it was simple back then, first over the line got the win. bracket is a whole new level of racing.

    Dolmar CA

I happened to pick up a very clean and tidy one of these recently, I put a decent bar and chain of it and in runs and cut very well for an old saw, [puts a few newer to shame if I'm honest] I do however need a couple of small bits to complete it, bar nuts, it has two but one is missing, it appears to be an odd size,it isn't like any of my Dolmars large or small, it's a fine thread, anyone have one, or know of a supplier, or even the thread rate would help,it looks like a m10x0.75 or I'll have to take a trip to the fasteners shop in town. I also need a fuel cap as the one that came with it is wrong one, looks like from a later saw. TIA👍

  6. seems a good enough reason to brush it under the rug eh! imagine the feckin' embarrassment for security services, hospital staff, higher echelons at the bbc, and all those that saville had either conned, or threatened to expose or drag down with him. if that was the case, once he was dead they would have breathed a sigh of relief. as for the people who didn't come forward till after his death, having seen the inaction and failure of any further action by the authorities, I guess they figured it was largely a waste of time, and nobody would believe them just like the others. how ironic savilles behavior never brought the royal family into public scrutiny,,, a family member did that for them.
  7. wasn't it a massive coincidence when so much about saville came to light after he was dead, it's almost like nobody in authority dare say anything or allow any action to be taken, maybe he had to be dead so he couldn't name names. and then 400 odd people came forward and the bbc were safe. I say the bbc because I cant think of another outfit that has a statue of an incestuous pedophile displayed outside its building. there could be more in high ranking positions.
  8. It doesn't matter how much feckin' cream you put on sh1t,, it's still sh1t
  9. and there you have it, dragons do not make good pets!
  10. I was thinking this one?

  12. we're already "battle ready" and more troops are arriving daily, unfortunately they probably will be on the wrong side.
  13. Aye I'm seeing that now, the same bunch who think the bloke who advised saville should be allowed to continue unchallenged, and has more or less ****************ed up everything he touched since walking through the door of #10 is going to fix the uk??? what a feckin' joke. good job were not all in the same room .
  14. Pimp my Mog! they do however have a considerable range of mud tires in 20" now these would be my choice, but you probably have to order them from an off road specialist. https://www.intercotire.com/tire/6
  15. how are you testing for a spark. a poor coil will often produce a spark on a test lamp or earthed plug but be insufficient under compression to ignite fuel/air mix. is the plug getting wet on successive attempts at starting, stihl carb or ting tong land carb? it can be a bit pot luck with ebay china carbs there's a reason why they are so cheap. have you tested compression.
  16. I have 1st hand experience of a saw that I was asked to look at for a mate, it was very evident it had been run on neat petrol, the thing was locked up solid, when I looked at the fuel for an indication of mix [colour, taint, red, green etc] there was none, raw fuel. when I rang the guy and told him the bad news,"your saw is 2 stroke you gotta mix oil and fuel together at the correct ratio" "I did",he says, "well there's no oil in the fuel",,, I put it in the other tank like I do on my motorbike!! he thought it mixed itself like his yamaha I said "that's for the feckin' chain, it says chain oil on the cap"!!! they walk among us.
  17. Try these guys,, Tyres NORTHHANTSTYRES.COM just put the size ,and type of tire in their search and it will show loads of options
  18. I sat behind a coco at the local garage while he took 12 minutes to put 4 gallons of diesel in his feckin' car, I got pissed off with waiting so I went to see what the problem was,, apparently he claimed if you put the fuel in too quick it froths it up and the pump registers the froth instead of liquid fuel! I switch to the 1st vacant pump in another lane, when I commented to the cashier she said he told her he gets more fuel for his money on a cold morning. she also said he was a daft twat.
  19. fair play to him, I apologize for perhaps jumping the gun[see what I did there] I hadn't realized it was your son, or that it was a posed pic.
  20. One finger on the trigger, other hand over the muzzle, with loose fitting gloves,,, er! accident waiting to happen. just saying.
  21. some guys will say anything to get laid.
  22. and the current fuels eat the seals and turn 'em to mush, even e5 and premium, I have two, one is quite old,and never leaks, the other was from ebay, and lasted less than 1 fillup, I'm thinking production moved to somewhere other than sweden.
