Best mower for long wet grass

Need to buy a mower to tackle 9 inch high new grass, need to bag it, cant get ride on through gates, looked at the orec, they have a really good collection,

im thinking that i may need to knock it down with big strimmers first ,rake/blow to piles then cut, any thoughts

i have lawnflite pro hi speed roller mowers but they will struggle

Area 2.5k ish sq m, brand new turf laid in july,only had 1 cut !!!!

long,dense,soaked and ground feels like a pudding

Budget = whatever i have to spend, ongoing contract so will pay for itself

will look at viking but i think the way to go is strim first then collect then mow
