Reminds me of a little local news this week, some chaps were found in a substation this week in a pretty nasty way with severe burns etc late in the evening. Why they were there has not been disclosed, but I think its pretty obvious, and another chap in my local is pretty messed up after contacting HV supply in a seperate incident along the same lines, when will they learn?

From the way it stops then restarts suddenly I'd say its the fuse tripping, then resetting. Good example of why you should never assume a line is dead....
