Isle of Wight

They started off saying it was about treeclimbing competitions, then just showed the roving reporter sweating buckets in the rain on a slow as hell DbRT system. It looked like the BBC had rushed the climbers into to doing something that they thought might look interesting for the viewers, at one point about 6 people proceeded to hang upside down like syncronised swimmers...maybe a new event for the TCCs...it'd be even less relevant than the current disciplines?

Rupe you were on it.....it was some random rec climbing thing on the isle of wight, but was trying to talk about ISA TCC's!!! Didnt mix in too well.....they also chopped in a bit from the UK and I finals when the local BBC filmed, So thats where your bit comes in Rupe.

It did seem a bit rushed together and it was a shame that they didnt really portray the competitions as well as they could have, but at least i can say on was on the national news!!

Good to get some coverage on our trade though.
