That's a lot of words to read Mark, I wonder how many will? They certainly fit the public persona that I see of Musk... a good hatchet job.. or written with a fair bit of knowledge - I'll opt for the 2nd option. Suspect the naysayers will try to argue that it is a slight on the first-bestie of the US I suspect, or try to move the conversation on to something less awkward for themselves.

APPLE.NEWS

Coffee shops, trains and leisure centres have been accused of excluding people by no longer...

Labour the part of the working man 🤔my arse. The hand of digital Blair !!. I saw someone with a very left leaning bias mentioning project 2025, I’d say the 2030 one often  branded as conspiracy madness  is more likely.

Of course, forget the 'threat' of Chinese innovation, lets kill that part of the thread with an unrelated post. anyway, sorry to burst your bubble, but coffee shops, small businesses and leisure centres - in fact ANY business have never been obliged to accept cash. Many businesses accepting crypto only.

For example If I want to trade and accept only firewood and mushrooms then that is my prerogative. A non article posted to further your political goals I am afraid to say... or a non article showing your basic awareness of the world is lacking.

Oh yeah, he said it.
Onto the bonfire he goes, who’s next?

He's not a man I know much about, but there are 2 news stories about him... both inappropriate comments... I think your right.

What a dumb arse utterly pointless reply.
Firewood and mushrooms are not legal tender you idiot.
As for Chinese innovation I’ve not killed anything feel free to keep worrying about it.
Which businesses accept only Crypto ?

Woohoo!! I can do a simple screenshot... do you want to retract that?

If I want to accept firewood and mushrooms only it is perfectly OK. As for someone who lives in Scotland, you will know as well as anyone else that you can spend your best Bank of Scotland note anywhere that accepts them... even if they are not legal tender. Legal tender of course refers only to what the banks have to live with. Not businesses. Here ends todays lesson.

Editty!! That was from the BBC as well.

The lesson never started SP

Show me where I said obliged ?? Which  businesses accept only Crypto ??
What’s up anyway SP last night you were all for fighting the good fight and defending people wanting to be whatever they wanted to be, tonight you seem to have reverted to nippy bitch mode, attempting to make a point over the use of cash, statistically it’s the older generation or those with less who use it “ not crypto”. Not a very sympathetic attitude you are putting out. Or is it just the fact it was me who posted it 😂. My own opinion is that cash if tendered should be accepted.

I am a firm believer in cash, I like to have a wedge of it in my pocket. Crypto currencies are good for buying things online as there is no middleman, at all.

There are some online pharmacies that will only accept crypto based payments.

Blockchain technology is here and established whether you like it or not.

Is that what you say JohnsonD?

Relentless attempts at political point scoring. Or it could be that your posts are a reflection of your astonishment of how the world works because you've been living 50+ years with your head firmly planted up your own hole. Not sure which it is.

Businesses not obliged to use cash has always been a thing.. I am guessing the only reason you mention it is trying make a political point... but forgetting that ALL previous governments have similarly not enforced that as a law. A child like attempt at political point scoring, do be a good chap and try better
