My wife is a social worker and she has 30 cases when she should only have 12. She works in child services as well. Its easy to blame social workers but they are short staffed and underfunded.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe - good to see one of UK's most successful businessman speak out about immigration.

I suspect King Charles probably also has similar feelings, but wouldn't dare say anything - this is why the monarchy stinks.
