Sugihara bars question

Sugihara bars, pro lite type.

Does anyone know if they can be straitened once they have been bent? I guess it depends on whether they are case hardened or through hardened. Any definitive answers would be much appreciated.

(Had a slight mid-hap with my 18" one)

Thanks

i actually ditched my 200 out of a tree (lanyard snapped) the other day. about 40-50 foot up, hit a lower branch before getting to the ground.. bent the bar and cracked the exhaust....

anyway, the point i was going to make was that we managed to bend it back straight enough so that it works. thats a sugi pro lite btw.

We have nothing to lose but our chains  If it's not badly kinked and the chain still pulls round smoothly after it's worth a try.

I dont know if its slightly kinked and the chain still pules round or its bent at right angles ......Sorry .
