The insulated copper pipe is simply plumbed into the tractors radiator, so some of the hot water bypasses the radiator and goes through the pipe heating your backside then back into the system

I posted this yesterday but it seems to have disappeared! My little International ran the firewood processor two days this week and then Friday ran bales back to my friends farm.

Hi Jon, it's 1974 475 with the Perkins engine. The Ford is a 4610 (with God awful column gear change!!).
