Saw this little crawler at the Usk show today. Great for skidding small timbers out down little tracks and footpaths.

 

Think TCD used one of these for skidding timber a few years ago there is a vid on here somewhere.

Cheers. Couldn't get close to the 6 wheeler and didn't get a chance to ask - but it looks old fashioned rather than military to me...

A couple more ...

 

The field is being conserved for an 8 acre habitat, and a different 1/3 is mowed each year.

 

Great pictures. Loving the classic Ford pick up as well:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

That was my ransomes, need to change a rubber drive link to get her moving again, it's been 4 years so what's another?!

I saw that at the show and thought the same thing, handy bit of kit that won't take up to much space in the lock up.

HI DAN but what all you need to run a splitter//saw and farms years ago that what they had and with the price of red at 70p per lt my 60hp will lift 1.5 tons and thats 45 years old :thumbup1:thanks jon :thumbup:

Yeah I love it it does everything I want and it's nimble in the woods plus like you say good on derv
